Terms of use

Last updated: January 19, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase and use ofCOMPANY   (“we”, “us”, “our”) travel eSIM plans (“Plans”) and related services (“Services”). By purchasing, installing, activating, or using a Plan, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.

  1. Key Travel eSIM Notices

Coverage is not guaranteed everywhere. “Country/region coverage” means we aim to provide service via partner networks in those locations, but availability can vary by city, indoor areas, remote regions, congestion, and local restrictions.

Plan validity and activation rules matter. Your Plan may start on first network connection in a covered country/region (common for travel eSIM), or another trigger stated on the Plan page.

Device compatibility is your responsibility. Your device must support eSIM and be unlocked.

Local laws may apply. Some countries restrict eSIM use or require registration; you are responsible for compliance when travelling.

  1. Definitions

eSIM”: a digital SIM profile downloaded to an eSIM‑compatible device.

QR Code / Activation Credentials”: the code(s) and instructions used to download the eSIM profile.

Covered Territory”: the countries/regions listed on the Plan page.

Validity Period”: the time period during which the Plan can be used (e.g., 1/7/15/30/90/180 days), as stated on the Plan page.

Upstream Provider”: underlying network operator(s), roaming partner(s), and/or eSIM provisioning platform provider(s) enabling connectivity and eSIM delivery.

You”: the purchaser and/or user of the Services.

  1. Who We Are

Company number:

  1. What We Provide

4.1 We sell travel Plans online and deliver eSIM installation information digitally (typically by email).

4.2 We are your contractual counterparty for the Services. Connectivity is enabled through Upstream Provider(s). Certain aspects of service depend on third parties (coverage, network selection, roaming partners, speeds, outages).

4.3 Plan details shown on the Plan page and at checkout (data allowance, validity, covered countries, whether data-only, speed policy, tethering policy, etc.) form part of the contract.

  1. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

5.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase.

5.2 You are responsible for:

  • confirming your device supports eSIM and is unlocked;
  • ensuring you have internet access to download the eSIM profile (Wi‑Fi recommended);
  • following installation steps and keeping credentials secure;
  • using the Plan only in the Covered Territory and within the Validity Period.

5.3 Unless expressly permitted by us, you must not resell, transfer, or distribute the eSIM/Plan.

5.4 You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance to purchase Plans and additional Services. We may set minimum and maximum Top-Up amounts and may apply security checks to Top-Ups and balance usage to prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

  1. Device Compatibility and Installation

6.1 Compatibility. Not all devices support eSIM. You must verify compatibility before purchase.

6.2 Unlocked device requirement. Carrier-locked devices may not accept our eSIM.

6.3 Installation timing. We recommend installing the eSIM before travel (where possible) and enabling it when you arrive, unless your Plan states otherwise.

6.4 Single-use credentials. QR Codes/activation credentials may be single-use. If you share them or install incorrectly, we may be unable to reissue.

6.5 Device settings. You may need to:

  • enable the eSIM line;
  • enable data roaming (common for travel eSIM);
  • set the eSIM as the data line;
  • configure APN settings if instructed.
  1. Ordering, Delivery, and Activation/Validity

7.1 Order and delivery. After payment, we send confirmation and eSIM credentials to your email. Digital delivery may be immediate or may take a reasonable time depending on checks and provisioning.

7.2 Activation trigger. The Plan’s Validity Period starts according to the rule stated on the Plan page, which may include:

  • first successful connection to a supported network in the Covered Territory; or
  • installation/activation on your device; or
  • another stated trigger.
    If the Plan page is silent, the default is: validity starts on first network connection in the Covered Territory.

7.3 Expiry. Unused data and remaining validity expire at the end of the Validity Period; unused value is not refundable unless required by law.

  1. Plan Features, Limits, and Fair Use

8.1 Data allowance and speed. Plans may be capped by data volume and/or subject to speed policies (including throttling after a threshold). “Unlimited” (if offered) may be subject to fair use and speed management as described on the Plan page.

8.2 Tethering/hotspot. Tethering may be allowed or restricted depending on the Plan and partner network policies. If restricted, we may limit or block hotspot usage.

8.3 VoIP and messaging apps. Use of VoIP/messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.) may be permitted but performance depends on network conditions and may be restricted by local networks.

8.4 Prohibited use. You must not use the Services for unlawful activity, spam, malware, network interference, or attempts to gain unauthorised access.

8.5 Fair use / abuse prevention. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate service to prevent fraud, abuse, excessive usage, or security risks, including where required by Upstream Providers.

  1. Coverage, Quality, and Service Availability

9.1 No guarantee of coverage. Coverage maps and country lists are indicative. Actual availability depends on roaming partners, local network conditions, and local restrictions.

9.2 No guaranteed speeds. Mobile data speeds vary and are not guaranteed.

9.3 Outages and maintenance. Outages may occur. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

  1. Local Restrictions and Compliance While Travelling

10.1 Some countries may restrict eSIM usage, require registration, or block certain services. You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

10.2 If local restrictions prevent use of the Plan, this may not qualify for a refund unless required by law or unless we expressly state otherwise.

  1. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

11.1 Currency and taxes. Prices are shown at checkout in EUR currency. Taxes (including VAT) may apply depending on your location and the nature of the supply and will be displayed where required.

11.2 Top-Up model. We operate on a prepaid Top-Up basis. You fund your balance by making a Top-Up using the payment methods available at checkout.

11.3 No cash-out / no withdrawals. Your Balance is not a bank account, is not interest-bearing, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or transferred to another user, except where required by applicable law.

11.4 Deductions from Balance. When you purchase a Plan and/or additional Services, you authorise us to deduct the applicable amount from your balance. If your balance is insufficient, you must Top-Up before completing the purchase.

11.5 Authorisation to charge. You authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for Top-Ups and any other amounts due under these Terms.

11.6 Pricing changes. We may change prices for Plans and additional Services at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

11.7 Errors. If we make a pricing or charging error, we may correct it and, where appropriate, refund or re-charge the correct amount in accordance with applicable law.

  1. Consumer Cancellation (UK) and Digital Content Acknowledgement

12.1 Plans are digital content/services delivered electronically. For clarity, Top-Ups and purchases made using balance may be treated differently for cancellation purposes depending on whether supply of digital content/services has begun and on applicable consumer law.

12.2 If you are a UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. However, you acknowledge that once supply begins (for example, once eSIM credentials are delivered and/or provisioning is enabled), your right to cancel may be limited or lost to the extent permitted by law.

12.3 Where required, we will obtain your express consent and acknowledgement at checkout.

  1. 1 Refunds, Replacements, and Troubleshooting

13.1 General approach. Because Plans are digital and may be activated quickly, refunds are limited and assessed case-by-case, subject to applicable law.

13.2 Top-Ups and balance. Top-Ups credit your balance and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we determine (at our discretion) that a refund is appropriate (for example, due to an incorrect charge or fraud prevention outcomes). We may provide refunds as a re-credit to balance or to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances and legal requirements.
13.2A Purchases using balance. When you use your balance to purchase a Plan and/or additional Services, that purchase is treated as a purchase of digital content/services. Refund eligibility is assessed under these Terms and applicable law.
13.2B No refunds after supply begins. Once supply begins (for example, once eSIM credentials are delivered and/or provisioning is enabled), refunds may be limited or unavailable to the extent permitted by law.
13.2C Credits instead of refunds. Where feasible, we may offer a replacement, re-credit to balance, or other remedy instead of a cash refund.

13.3 Typical eligible scenarios:

  • we fail to deliver credentials and cannot remedy promptly;
  • provisioning fails due to our/Upstream Provider fault and we cannot provide a working replacement;
  • incorrect charge.

13.4 Typical non-eligible scenarios:

  • device not compatible / carrier-locked;
  • wrong Plan purchased (wrong territory/validity) where information was clearly displayed;
  • poor coverage in a specific location within a covered country;
  • local restrictions prevent use;
  • user error (deleted eSIM after activation, incorrect settings) after we provided correct instructions.

13.5 Replacements. Where feasible, we may issue replacement credentials/eSIM profile instead of a refund.

13.6 How to request support/refund. Contact support with:

  • order number, email used at purchase;
  • device model/OS;
  • screenshots of eSIM status/settings (redact sensitive info);
  • country/city and time of issue.
  1. Suspension and Termination

14.1 We may suspend/terminate Services if we reasonably suspect fraud, prohibited use, security risk, or if required by law/Upstream Providers.

14.2 If terminated due to your breach, remaining value may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

  1. 15.Intellectual Property

Our Website, trademarks, and content are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal travel use in accordance with these Terms.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

16.1 We process personal data under our Privacy Policy.

16.2 For provisioning and operation, we and/or Upstream Providers may process technical identifiers (e.g., eSIM identifiers and network/device identifiers).

16.3 If you purchase for another person, you confirm you have the right to provide their information.

  1. Liability

17.1 Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under law (including for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

17.2 Subject to clause 17.1, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses;
  • loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill;
  • issues caused by device incompatibility, carrier locks, incorrect settings, or failure to follow instructions;
  • third-party network outages, roaming partner issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

17.3 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a Plan is limited to the amount you paid for that Plan.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

18.1. Reasonable efforts are taken to improve the accuracy and integrity of the Services, but complex software is never wholly free from defects, errors, and bugs. We give no warranty or representation that the Services will be wholly free from defects, errors, and bugs, such as downtime, loss of data, corrupt data, service delay, mistakes, out-of-date information, or other. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Terms, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Services, or any functionality comprising a part of the Services at any time. In no event, to the extent permitted under applicable law, will we be liable for making these changes. In exceptional and very limited cases, Services may be unavailable from time to time due to human, digital, mechanical, telecommunication, software, and other failures. We cannot predict or control when such downtime may occur and cannot control the duration of such downtime.

THE SERVICES AND WEBSITES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING THROUGH COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE NEITHER WARRANT NOR REPRESENT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT INFRINGE THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTIES, NOR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR ACCESS OR USE, NOR THAT OPERATION OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN ADDITION, YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM ONE JURISDICTION TO ANOTHER JURISDICTION.
